Services
Cold Move offers the following services
- Storage
- Storage of 42k pallet spaces in state of the art frozen warehousing, under the control of a warehouse management system utilising RF scanners.
- Primary Distribution
- Movement of raw materials, factory collections, ex factory deliveries to Customer.
- Secondary Distribution
- Through optimisation of both Core Fleet and preferred Sub Contract partners we deliver to all parts of the UK. Up to the minute progress is monitored through our GPS tracking system.
- Factory Warehousing
- We actively work with our customer's in their supply chains seeking opportunities to add value and take out cost. We will take over the running of on site warehousing, introducing new technology and manage both raw materials and finished goods storage and distribution.
- Blast Freezing
- Capacity of up to 110 pallets per day at our Oswestry Site.
- Retail Consolidation
- We have an established network of consolidation customers delivering to Major Retailers.
- Import / Export
- We undertake a variety of tasks to accommodate our customers through our facilities from container stuffing and destuffing to pallet Inversion and product relabelling.
- Rework and Co-pack
- We have facilities and undertake most forms of rework and co - packing and offer this additional service to compliment any storage opportunity thus taking away any associated transport costs.
- Additional Services
- In addition to the services offered above we also offer an order management service and a pallet management service.
